Georgia unemployment rate lowest in nearly 17 years

Georgia’s unemployment rate fell to 4.2 percent last month, the lowest since August 2001. Jobs in Georgia are at an all-time high because of strong month-over-month and year-over-year growth that continues to outpace the nation’s economy.
